Rich Marinelli to Retire After 27 Years of Sales at ROMAC![]() November 11, 2011 (Commerce, CA) – Rich Marinelli, inside sales and circuit breaker specialist for ROMAC, will retire at the end of November after 27 years of faithful service. “I’ve known Rich for about 31 years, or about 4 years before he came to ROMAC,” says Craig Peters, National Sales Manager for ROMAC. “He’s always been an extremely knowledgeable person on all types of electrical products. Rich’s ability to help his customers and convey technical information in his unique and colorful way made him a one-of-a-kind sales person at ROMAC. He will definitely be missed.”
Mr. Marinelli began his electrical career in his home state of New York after briefly attending the University of Buffalo. He moved to Southern California in 1979 with his wife of 40 years, Carol, and their two daughters and one son – all of whom still live in the Southern California area.
But like ROMAC, SoCal will soon have to get along without Mr. Marinelli.
“My wife and I plan to return to where we met in Buffalo,” Mr. Marinelli says. “The first thing I’m going to do is get my season tickets back for the Buffalo Bills.”
Outside of football season, Mr. Marinelli will focus on his family, woodworking and coin collecting. Feel free to give him a farewell call at 323-490-1542, or drop him a note at rmarinelli@romacsupply.com.
